These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Iron Dillo Golf website and certain services provided by Camden Golf Ventures LLC, doing business as Iron Dillo Golf (“Iron Dillo Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, requesting a quote, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms contained in a booking confirmation, event rental agreement, waiver, invoice, or other agreement applicable to your booking.

SERVICES

Iron Dillo Golf provides mobile golf simulator rentals and related event entertainment for corporate events, golf tournaments, fundraisers, weddings, private parties, and other events.

Services, equipment, rental duration, staffing, add-ons, pricing, and availability may vary by booking.

BOOKINGS

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the requirements communicated by Iron Dillo Golf for that booking have been completed, which may include acceptance of a quote or agreement and payment of a required deposit or other amount.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event, venue, and contact information.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Pricing displayed on our website is subject to availability, event requirements, location, selected add-ons, and other factors applicable to a booking.

Additional charges may apply for services or requirements outside the scope of the original booking, including additional rental time, travel, custom products, add-ons, or other customer-requested changes.

Any applicable payment schedule, deposit requirements, balances, fees, and other financial terms will be communicated during the booking process or included in the applicable quote, invoice, or event agreement.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms may vary based on the event and booking.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy applicable to a specific event will be communicated during booking or included in the customer’s quote, booking confirmation, invoice, rental agreement, or other applicable agreement.

WEATHER AND OUTDOOR EVENTS

Outdoor events are subject to weather and site conditions.

Iron Dillo Golf may delay, suspend, relocate, modify, reschedule, or decline to set up or operate equipment when weather or site conditions create a reasonable safety risk or risk of damage to equipment.

This may include, without limitation, rain, lightning, high winds, standing water, extreme weather, unsafe ground conditions, or other conditions that could affect safe operation.

Customers hosting outdoor events should have an appropriate weather contingency plan when possible.

Any refund, rescheduling, or cancellation terms related to weather will be governed by the terms applicable to the specific booking.

EVENT LOCATION AND SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location provides adequate space, access, and conditions for the services and equipment booked.

Iron Dillo Golf may provide setup requirements before the event, including requirements relating to space, ground conditions, electrical power, vehicle access, loading and unloading, internet connectivity, venue approval, or other logistical needs.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any venue permissions, approvals, or permits required for the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Iron Dillo Golf may refuse or modify setup when the location does not reasonably meet operational or safety requirements.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The booking customer is responsible for providing accurate event information and communicating relevant venue restrictions or requirements before the event.

Customers and participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by Iron Dillo Golf staff regarding equipment use, participant spacing, club use, simulator operation, and general safety.

EQUIPMENT USE AND DAMAGE

All equipment supplied by Iron Dillo Golf remains the property of Iron Dillo Golf unless otherwise expressly stated.

Customers and participants must use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with instructions provided by Iron Dillo Golf.

The booking customer may be responsible for loss or damage resulting from intentional acts, misuse, negligence, unauthorized movement or modification of equipment, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

Normal wear resulting from ordinary and appropriate use is not considered customer-caused damage.

PARTICIPATION AND SAFETY

Golf activities, swinging golf clubs, hitting golf balls, and participation in physical activities involve inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care, maintaining appropriate distance from anyone swinging a club, and following safety instructions provided by Iron Dillo Golf staff.

Iron Dillo Golf reserves the right to pause or stop participation, equipment use, or event operations when we reasonably believe conduct or conditions are unsafe.

CHILDREN AND SUPERVISION

Children participating in Iron Dillo Golf activities must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.

Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are responsible for ensuring children follow safety instructions and remain an appropriate distance from participants swinging golf clubs.

ALCOHOL AND GUEST CONDUCT

Customers and event organizers are responsible for alcohol service, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws and venue policies unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Participants who appear unable to safely use the equipment due to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or other unsafe conduct may be prohibited from participating.

Iron Dillo Golf reserves the right to suspend equipment use when participant behavior creates a reasonable safety risk.

TECHNOLOGY AND SIMULATOR AVAILABILITY

Our services may rely on golf simulator equipment, launch monitors, computers, software, displays, projectors, internet connectivity, power, and third-party technology.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain and operate our equipment, technical interruptions may occasionally occur.

Iron Dillo Golf does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party software, internet services, online courses, or other technology outside our reasonable control.

ADD-ONS AND CUSTOM ITEMS

Optional add-ons, custom golf balls, custom tees, games, equipment upgrades, seating, and other products or services may be available for certain bookings.

Availability, pricing, production requirements, and deadlines for custom items may vary and will be communicated during the booking process.

Customized or specially ordered products may be subject to separate cancellation or refund terms communicated before purchase.

TRAVEL AND ADDITIONAL FEES

Standard service areas and travel requirements may vary.

Events requiring extended travel, unusual access, additional setup time, additional staffing, parking expenses, venue charges, or other requirements may result in additional fees.

Any known additional charges will be communicated as part of the applicable quote or booking process when reasonably possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Iron Dillo Golf name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Camden Golf Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our protected content without prior written permission except as permitted by law.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse the Iron Dillo Golf website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, use the website for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.

Information provided on the website is intended for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camden Golf Ventures LLC, Iron Dillo Golf, and their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of our website will be subject to applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in a separate agreement between Iron Dillo Golf and the customer.

SEPARATE EVENT AGREEMENTS

These website Terms do not replace any rental agreement, booking agreement, waiver, invoice terms, or other agreement entered into between Iron Dillo Golf and a customer.

If a separate written agreement contains terms that conflict with these website Terms, the terms of the separate agreement will control with respect to that booking to the extent of the conflict.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
